Please review our project terms and conditions before engaging our services.
The project will be carried out strictly according to the requirements, features, and deliverables that are mutually discussed and finalized before the work begins. The scope will be documented clearly so both parties understand what is included.
If the client requests any additional features, modules, design changes, or enhancements that were not part of the originally agreed scope, such requests will be considered as "scope expansion" and will require additional time and separate cost approval before implementation.
The project timeline will officially begin once the client provides all necessary information such as content, images, data, access credentials, and the initial advance payment.
If the client delays in sharing required materials, approvals, or feedback, the delivery timeline will automatically shift accordingly.
The developer will provide estimated milestones and delivery dates, but these may change based on the pace of communication, revision frequency, and complex changes requested by the client.
All major decisions, approvals, or changes must be confirmed by the client in written format (WhatsApp, Email, Chat).
Verbal discussions (phone calls or meetings) are useful for clarification, but final approval must always be written to avoid misunderstanding.
This ensures both parties have a clear record of what has been decided and reduces confusion during delivery.
An advance payment of ___% (generally 30–50%) is required to start the project.
The remaining balance must be paid once the project is completed and ready for handover.
Work will not be delivered or deployed until full payment is received.
Since time and effort is invested immediately after starting the project, the advance payment is strictly non-refundable once work has begun.
The project includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions to ensure the client is satisfied.
Revisions refer to small adjustments or refinements to the existing work.
Any major redesigns, rework, or additional revisions outside the included limit will be charged separately.
This is to maintain a fair workload and avoid repeated changes that significantly increase development time.
The client is responsible for providing accurate and authentic content, images, videos, text, policies, and any other material required to complete the project.
The developer will not be held responsible for legal issues arising from copyrighted or unverified content supplied by the client.
Timely communication and prompt approvals from the client are essential to maintain progress and prevent delays.
Once the final payment is made, full rights to the final deliverables (website, design, code, output, or any assets produced) will be transferred to the client.
Until full payment is received, all files, source code, and project materials remain the property of the developer.
The developer reserves the right to showcase non-confidential parts of the work in their portfolio unless the client specifically requests confidentiality.
Both the client and the developer agree to maintain confidentiality of project-related information, including business data, project ideas, credentials, and internal discussions.
No sensitive information will be shared with third parties without written consent.
This ensures a secure working relationship.
After project completion, the developer will provide free support for ___ days (commonly 7–30 days), covering small corrections and technical assistance.
Support does not include new features, redesigns, structural changes, or major modifications.
Long-term maintenance, updates, and additional work will be available at a mutually agreed cost.
If the client decides to cancel the project after work has begun, the advance payment will not be refunded.
If the developer is unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a refund of the unused portion of advance (if any), or the developer will hand over all completed work up to the cancellation point.
Clear communication will be maintained in all scenarios.
Payments can be made via:
The developer will share the payment details securely when needed.
Once the client reviews and approves the final output, the project will be considered fully delivered and accepted.
Any changes or requests made after final acceptance will be treated as new work and charged accordingly.
This ensures clarity at the end of the project and avoids indefinite adjustments.
